Like unto Jeremiah 1:5, Pastor JL Brooks was undoubtedly chosen before his birth to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ, made evident at the mere age of 3 years old. Having operated in 4 areas of the 5 fold ministry, Brooks’ passion is evangelism.

Although he is a premiere voice for his generation in the city of Philadelphia, he has been blessed to minister in many states across the country & internationally. He is an anointed voice and end time prophet; with a relevant message of hope to empower believers, and convert the lost to Christ through the word of God.

He has served in many capacities of ministry at his home church and in various ministries within our city and across the country. Having been trusted of God with the honorable task of being a Senior Pastor, Brooks led The Felton Street Fellowship Baptist Church until the Lord released him to organize Liberty Fellowship Church Of Faith.

As a founding Pastor, JL Brooks endeavors to break down the traditional barriers of spiritual limitation and lead the willing to freedom and liberation in God. He is on a mission to invest in the community, make an impact in his city, and enhance the Kingdom of God.

Minister Kim L. Mark was licensed Saturday September 23, 2023. A humbly yielded vessel of honor dedicated to sharing the love of Christ with everyone she meets, Minister Mark is anointed and appointed for such a time as this.
